The Drone Port is an intelligent and fully automated station that enables seamless drone take-off and landing, manages secure package storage and positioning, and ensures smooth, efficient delivery operations.

Currently our drone delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 5:30 PM. We're closed in the evenings, on the weekends, and during holidays.

Download the app, sign up, select a Drone Port near you, choose your items, and complete your payment. After your order is prepared, it will be loaded into a drone, take off, and fly to your designated delivery Drone Port location.

Once delivered, the package will be stored securely in the Drone Port. You can kindly enter your pickup code to retrieve it.

Yes, our drone delivery boxes are reusable. After each use, they can be folded and placed into designated recyclable containers next to our Drone Port. Once collected, they are sanitized and reused as part of our recycling process.

Yes. Our drones are equipped with advanced navigation, obstacle detection, and emergency landing features to ensure safe flights.

Yes, our service is fully legal and has been officially approved by the relevant government authorities. We’ve received the UAS BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Operation Certificate from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), allowing us to offer commercial drone delivery services in the UAE. In mainland China, we have Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) certification, and in Hong Kong, we operate under the low-altitude economy regulatory sandbox. All operations comply with current regulations and safety standards.

Once the drone arrives at the Drone Port and the order has been completed, the invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
