Sobha Realty has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta Drone to introduce drone delivery services across its residential communities in the UAE.

The partnership makes Sobha Realty Keeta Drone’s first official Smart Community partner in the UAE, the companies said.

The agreement was signed in the presence of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) and will be implemented in phases within government-approved frameworks.

The companies said the partnership will support the introduction of faster and more sustainable last-mile logistics within residential communities, with a focus on safety, convenience and operational compliance.

Keeta Drone’s delivery ecosystem is designed to serve urban environments including offices, residential communities, parks, university campuses, healthcare facilities and public spaces.

As of March 2026, Keeta Drone had launched delivery routes in cities including Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Dubai, completing more than 880,000 deliveries, according to the company.

The service offers access to more than 160,000 product choices across its operating regions.

Sobha Realty said its Backward Integration model will support the deployment of air delivery networks by allowing advanced technologies to be incorporated into its communities with greater control over quality, safety and scalability.

Sobha Hartland, the company’s flagship community, is home to more than 11,000 residents.

Sobha Realty and Keeta Drone also said they intend to explore opportunities beyond the UAE as Keeta Drone expands its deployment roadmap and Sobha continues its international growth.
